PRICING & PAYMENTS

CUSTOM ORDERS
For custom apparel and printing services:

The customer is responsible for approving all designs, sizes, and details prior to production

Once approved, orders cannot be changed or canceled

Okie Tuff is not responsible for errors approved by the customer (including spelling, sizing, or design placement)
Turnaround times for custom orders may vary based on quantity and complexity.
PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated.
Shipping times vary based on carrier and destination. Okie Tuff is not responsible for:

Delays caused by shipping carriers

Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
If an issue occurs during shipping, we will assist in filing a claim when possible.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the nature of printed and custom items:

All sales are final unless the item is defective or incorrect

Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us with photos and order details so we can resolve the issue.

Customers submitting custom artwork confirm they have the legal right to use that content. Okie Tuff is not liable for copyright or trademark violations related to customer-provided designs.

Okie Tuff is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
